One of the perks of my jobs is getting cool emails in my
inbox like the one I received this morning from the Cattlemen’s Beef Board. Amidst
news on the South Korean market and producers profiles was a feature called Ingredient of the Month: Apples, which I
knew immediately I needed to share with you all.
So, if you love apples and want to whip up some fallish beef
